Why La Ferme ?
Everything you need for a luxury stay in the Alps
It’s rare you can find a property to renovate anywhere in the Alps 50 metres from a ski lift, but in 2017 that’s what we found right next to the Roc d'Enfer base station in La Grande Terche above the village of St Jean d'Aulps.

Three years of planning and renovation later our Barn in the Alps - "La Ferme de la Moussiere", was completed. Designed both as a family home, but also somewhere very private and special to share with guests, it is equipped to get the best out of the mountains, making sure you get the most out of your precious holiday downtime.

Built over four stories, parties of up to 15 can be entertained. There are two, connected (but totally separable) accommodation spaces making it ideal for both small and large groups:

The panoramic views of the Portes du Soleil ski area are simply spectacular.

The nearest restaurants / bars are 50 metres away (including a pizza and rotisserie chicken takeaway). There are three ski-hire shops in similar proximity. The nearby Sherpa supermarket sells everything you need, including freshly baked croissants and bread each morning. So it really is all on your door-step.
